“ I am glad I remembered to take a picture before I demolished it. I had placed my order for in store pickup. The timing was perfect. It matched the timing of the app. My pizza was being boxed once I have arrived. I was entering the door the same time as a driver was coming back from a delivery run. They held the door open for me. Immediately I was greeted at the counter by an employee with a smile and a hello. As soon as I said my name another employee working the oven had walked over my pizza to be placed on the counter. Before checking out I was asked if I had access to the dominos app and if I would like to add any drinks to my order. A nice gesture to make sure I was receiving the app perks before completing my order. Upon observation in the store the store was clean. The floors were clean the countertops were free of clutter. These employees take pride in their appearance of the store. Each employee in the store was busy at work. Two men were working together on the pizza line. I over heard one gentleman reading back the order of the pizza being made to make sure it was correct before placing it in the oven. Very thorough communication keeping up with making the orders right. One women was on the oven line carefully placing the items in the correct boxes and placing them on the shelf. While taking pick up orders to the register for the other women to ring out customers. It was a busy night at dominos several customers had entered the store while I was in there. They kept the flow moving by asking costumer names before they made it to the register to make sure their items were placed on the counter for check out. I really appreciate the employee who went out of their way to open the door for me a second time while I juggled three pizzas and a 2 liter of soda. Which the women who had checked me out placed the two litter in a plastic bag which made it easier to carry. Once I got home my pizza was still warm and was cut in equal slices. It made my night easier by not having to listen to the kids argue over who received the bigger slice. I am grateful for this staff who made my night that much easier as a mother that is constantly on the go. I know I can depend on this dominos location for a hassle free dinner. ”
“ Understaffed, but food was still good. There was only one worker on a Saturday weekend making all the pizzas. Even so she was kind and gave me my order with a smile. Thank you for the kindness even though you were understaffed! Also sucks that they don't deliver to my apartment complex. (Top of the Hill Apartments), don't know what happened there, but will probably still get Dominos. Tl;dr - understaffed, please be patient! ”
